
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Loaf bread
• 2 -Chillies, Green
• 1 tsp – Garam-Masala
• 2 tsp – Ghee For frying
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 8-10- Mint leaves
• 2- Onions
• 1 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Plums
• 2 – Potatoes, boiled
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Vinegar.
Method:
- Mince the onions, chillies, ginger, mint leaves.
- Cut the bread into small bits and mash the potatoes. Keep aside.
- Now heat the ghee, and brown the onions and the bread pieces, mashed potatoes, plums and sugar.
- Add the vinegar or lime juice, spice powders, and stir well. Then saute for a few minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Use it with roast meat or fried vegetables.
