Ingredients:

• 12 thin bread slices, trimmed
• 1 cup – baked beans
• 1 cup – mixed chopped onion, capsicum, Cabbage and Tomato
• 1 tsp – red chilli-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – green chilli-vinegar paste
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• Oil as needed
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry all bread slices rolled around a tube so that they are shaped like tacos.
  2. Heat beans and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill each taco with beans, top with salad vegetables and sprinkle with both chilli pastes.
  4. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve while crunchy.
