
Ingredients:
• 12 thin bread slices, trimmed
• 1 cup – baked beans
• 1 cup – mixed chopped onion, capsicum, Cabbage and Tomato
• 1 tsp – red chilli-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – green chilli-vinegar paste
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• Oil as needed
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry all bread slices rolled around a tube so that they are shaped like tacos.
- Heat beans and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each taco with beans, top with salad vegetables and sprinkle with both chilli pastes.
- Decorate with coriander leaves and serve while crunchy.
