Ingredients:

• 4 slices – Bread
• 3 – Tomatoes (pureed)
• 4 – Garlic pods (crushed)
• 1.5 tsp – Ginger paste
• 4 – Green chillies (cut fine)
• Gram flour – for paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves, chopped fine
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut each bread slice into four squares.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ginger, garlic, tomato puree, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and gram flour (besan) to make a paste. (Add water if necessary).
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Dip each bread square in the paste and deep fry till crisp and done.
