
Ingredients:
• Bread slice – 15-20
• Onion – 2
• Green chilli – 5-6
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Hing – 1 tsp
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Groundnut – 20-25
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Lightly toast the bread slices and grind to prepare bread crumbs. Add a little salt while grinding.
- Cut the onions and green chillies.
- Heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds, jeera and groundnuts.
- When the nuts turn light brown, add the onions and chillies and fry well.
- Add turmeric, hing and sugar. Stir well.
- Add the bread crumbs and mix well for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with pickle or curd.
