Ingredients:

• 3 to 4 – bread slices
• 2 tsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 – Green chilli chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger chopped
• salt
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/4 tsp – kitchen king masala (optional)
• Turmeric powder, a pinch
• chilli powder, a pinch
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – grated Carrot
• 1/2 cup – grated Zucchini (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes (sprinkle salt while frying) till they become tender.
  3. Dip bread pieces in water and take them out immediately.
  4. Squeeze out excess water and mix the bread with the vegetables and other spice powders to form a dough.
  5. Shape them into small cutlets and shallow fry in 2-3 tsp of oil till they become golden brown on both sides.
