
Ingredients:
• 3 to 4 – bread slices
• 2 tsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 – Green chilli chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger chopped
• salt
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/4 tsp – kitchen king masala (optional)
• Turmeric powder, a pinch
• chilli powder, a pinch
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – grated Carrot
• 1/2 cup – grated Zucchini (optional)
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes (sprinkle salt while frying) till they become tender.
- Dip bread pieces in water and take them out immediately.
- Squeeze out excess water and mix the bread with the vegetables and other spice powders to form a dough.
- Shape them into small cutlets and shallow fry in 2-3 tsp of oil till they become golden brown on both sides.
