Ingredients:

• 12 – thin slices of breadfruit
• 1 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 pinches – Hing
• 3/4 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – amchur powder
• 1 tbsp – water
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Mix Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing, salt, amchur powder and rice flour with water and make a thick paste.
  2. Marinate breadfruit slices with the above paste evenly. Keep it aside for half-an-hour.
  3. In a flat frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
  4. Arrange breadfruit slices and fry it on medium heat till it is golden in color and crisp on both the sides.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oil when frying the other side. Serve it hot with rice.
