
Ingredients:
• Mix together:
• 1/3 cup – Oatmeal
• 1 cup – low-fat Milk
• 1 Egg
• 1 banana, mashed
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
Method:
- Set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up – flavour.
- Stir again and place in a small dish.
- Preheat oven at 325 degrees C.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.
