Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – chopped Spring onion
• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – chopped Mushrooms
• 6 – eggs
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs lightly and mix with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan.
  3. Saute all the vegetables and paneer.
  4. Add the egg mixture to it and keep stirring till the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with toast or rolls.
