
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – chopped Spring onion
• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – chopped Mushrooms
• 6 – eggs
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Beat the eggs lightly and mix with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan.
- Saute all the vegetables and paneer.
- Add the egg mixture to it and keep stirring till the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
- Serve hot with toast or rolls.
