Ingredients:

• 1 – large Broccoli
• 3 – Chillies
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Aamchur
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 3 tbsp – Besan Flour

Method:

  1. Cut broccoli into chunky florets and wash well.
  2. Crush chillies in a mixer.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the crushed chillies. Add broccoli to the frying pan and stir this for a minute or so.
  4. Add amchur, chilli powder and a little besan flour to it.
  5. You can serve this hot or cold as a side salad.
