Ingredients:
• 1 small – broccoli, chopped into florets
• 1 cup – sliced Mushrooms
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the onions till light brown.
- Add the ginger, garlic and tomato and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add the broccoli and mushroom and stir fry for a couple minutes.
- Add the chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- Serve with rice, bread or chapattis.
