Ingredients:

• Broken Wheat – 1 cup
• Water – 3 cups
• Bananas (ripe) – 2
• Honey – 2 tsp
• |Milk – 1/4 cup
• Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Add broken wheat to water and boil till it turns very soft. You can add more water if required.
  2. Add milk. Cut banana to pieces and add to the porridge with sugar.
  3. Serve porridge in a bowl with a dash of honey.
