Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – ground pepper
• Salt to taste
• 2 – Onions (chopped finely)

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pan and saute the onions till golden brown.
  2. Add the cooked rice, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Garnish with fried onions if desired.
