Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – cashews
• 1 tbsp – Poppy Seeds (white)
• 4 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• Grind the above ingredients together to form a paste.
• 1 – large Onion
• 1 – large Tomato
• 1 – can crushed Tomato
• 1 – quart Milk
• 1/4 cup – kasoori Methi
• chopped coriander
Method:
- Fry onions in oil or butter until soft, then tomato and canned tomato. (Fry for a while, until the oil starts to separate).
- Add the cashew paste and continue to fry until oil comes out.
- Begin adding milk little by little until the gravy is of the consistency you want.
- Add kasoori methi and coriander.
- Add salt, paprika and chili powder to taste.
