Ingredients:

• 200 g – Butter
• 2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 500 g – icing Sugar
• 1 – cake
• 2 drops – food colour as desired

Method:

  1. Beat the butter and sifted icing sugar together until creamy.
  2. Add vanilla essence and the food colour.
  3. Use a spatula to cover the cake with the butter icing.
  4. With a wet fork, make soft peaks across the surface of the icing. Decorate as desired.
