Ingredients:
• 4 cups – flour
• 1.5 cups – Ghee
• 1. 75 cups – Sugar (ground fine)
• A pinch – salt
• 1 tbsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – Ice Cream essence
• 1 tsp – Orange or Raspberry essence
Method:
- Soften the ghee with the palm of your hand for some time.
- Add sugar, salt, flour and baking powder.
- Mix well, form into small balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and let stand for 1 hour.
- The bake in an oven on low heat.
