Ingredients:
• 10 oz – buttercup (can use margerine)
• 10 oz – castor Sugar
• 10 oz – self raising flour
• 1 level tbsp – Corn flour
• 15 tsp – baking powder
• 6 – eggs
• 1 – Orange (extract the juice)
• 1 tsp – Orange rinds
Method:
- Beat the butter until white. Add the sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time and beat until very light.
- Fold in the dried ingredients, adding the juice and the rinds.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 40-50 minutes.
