Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Boiled Corn kernels
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• A dash of sweet paprika
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt, only if required, as butter already contains enough of it.
- Microwave it on high for 20 seconds and it’s ready to serve.
