Ingredients:
• 1 – baked 9″ tart shell or 12″ flan case
• 1 cup – Butter
• 1 tin – Condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Brown sugar
• Few Walnut halves
• Cream for garnishing
Method:
- In a heavy pan, combine condensed milk, sugar and butter, and melt over low heat, until sugar dissolves.
- Keep stirring and let it boil until thick for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the baked pie shell.
Garnish with cream and walnuts.
