Ingredients:

• 1 – Medium cabbage, shredded roughly
• 2 – Onions, chopped finely
• 3 tsp – Plain flour
• 1 tsp – Chopped Ginger
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – Cooking oil
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – Sesame/ Til seeds
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients well together in a suitable bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture in a greased baking dish or casserole.
  3. Press lightly to spread into an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds/ til seeds on top.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven until the top is crisp and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
