Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Cabbage
• 1 – Capsicum
• 3 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (chopped)
• 1tsp – Garlic (chopped)
• 1 big – Onion (sliced)
• 1 big – Tomato (sliced)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 cup – Cilantro (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai, and saute ginger, garlic, and chillies.
- Add onion and saute for a minute, and then add all the powders.
- Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook with the lid on for a few minutes.
- Remove the lid, add the tomatoes and salt, and saute.
- Garnish with cilantro.
