
Ingredients:
• Grated Cabbage – 1 cup
• Grated Carrot – 1 cup
• Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp
• White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
• A pinch – Sugar
• Salt – to taste
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except oil
- Refrigerate for about half hour.
- Remove from fridge, drizzle over the olive oil and serve chilled
