Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cabbage
• 1 – Spring onion
• 1-inch piece – Ginger
• 4 pieces -garlic
• 1 tsp Butter
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• freshly ground pepper
• salt
Method:
- Chop ginger, garlic, and the vegetables finely and stir fry them in butter.
- Add 2 cups of water, salt, and rice flour mixed in a little water.
- Add soya sauce, pepper, and salt.
- Boil it till the raw smell of the flour disappears.
