Ingredients:
• Cabbage – 1/4
• Onion – 1
• Green chillies – 6
• Besan – 1 cup
• Rice flour – 1 tbsp
• Garlic Ginger paste – 1/4 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – for frying.
Method:
- Mix the cabbage, onions, green chillies, salt, besan, garlic ginger paste, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder in a bowl.
- Add water to form a batter.
- Now take a the batter in a spoon and deep fry like pakoras.
- Serve hot.
