Ingredients:
• 4 cups – atta flour
• Cabbage – 1 pound
• Green chillies – 2 finely chopped
• 1 tsp – grated Ginger
• Salt
• Fresh coriander chopped – 1 bunch
Method:
- Make dough of the flour and divide into 6 portions
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Mix chopped cabbage with rest of the ingredients.
- Roll one ball of dough a bit, put the mixture in and fold it and then roll it into a paratha.
- Put it on a frying pan shallow fry it.
- Serve hot with butter or yoghurt.
