Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Cabbage
• Salt to taste
• Pepper powder to taste
• 1.5 cups – yogurt

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and adjust the yogurt’s consistency as per requirement.
  2. Leave it for 1 hour so that the cabbage becomes soft.
  3. If needed, can even give a tempering of oil and mustard. Serve it with roti, puri or pulav.
