Ingredients:
• 1/2 – small cabbage, finely cut
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Add salt to the finely cut cabbage and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- When they start spluttering, add turmeric and the cabbage.
- Mix it and remove it immediately .
