Ingredients:

• 1/2 – small cabbage, finely cut
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Add salt to the finely cut cabbage and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  3. When they start spluttering, add turmeric and the cabbage.
  4. Mix it and remove it immediately .
