Ingredients:

• Cannellini beans – 1 can
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Feta cheese – 2 tbsp
• Pepper
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Drain and wash the cannellini beans. Heat a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the cheese.
  3. Allow this to sit on the pan on medium heat till all the spices blend together.
  4. Care should be taken while handling the beans as they are very soft and tend to become mushy.
  5. Remove from heat and add cheese and serve.
