
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cut cantaloupe pieces
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – plain vanilla or French vanilla ice Cream
• 3-4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp – Almond powder
Method:
- Blend the cantaloupe pieces to prepare a smooth pulp.
- Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, almond powder and blend again for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ice cream and whip for 1 minute, adding 1-2 ice cubes.
- Serve chilled.
