
Ingredients:
• 2 – capsicums, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 250 g – cottage cheese, cut into cubes
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, green chillies and onions and saute till the onions turn light brown.
- Add the chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala/spice powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and a little water and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the capsicum and Paneer/cottage cheese and a little water and simmer on low heat for about 6 minutes.
- Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or chapattis or puris.
