
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 3 – green Capsicum
• 1 tbsp – sesame
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – mustard
• 1 – Onion
• 8 tbsp – Curd
• 6 tbsp – Peanut Butter
• 6 tbsp – dry Coconut powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• 4 tbsp – Peanut oil
• 1/2 tbsp – Tamarind pulp
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat a frying pan and pour peanut oil
- Now add jeera, mustard, and curry leaves. Add chopped onions and fry till they get golden brown in colour.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste, fry it for a minute, and add peanut butter paste.
- Add capsicum and tomatoes and fry them on medium flame till they become dry.
- Add turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, tamarind pulp , sesame seeds, and dry coconut powder.
- Heat it on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add curd, salt to taste, red chilli powder, and lime juice.
- Heat on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
