Ingredients:

• 500 gm – Chicken
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 inches – Ginger
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 2 tsp – oil
• 250gm – Capsicum
• 3 – Onions

Method:

  1. Take chicken in a thick bottomed vessel.
  2. Add salt and turmeric. Cover and cook for 15 min.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add diced onion. Fry for 2 mins.
  4. Add slit green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric.
  5. Add diced capsicum and fry for 2 mins.
  6. Add sauces and chicken and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Garnish with shredded cabbage.
