Ingredients:

• Capsicum – 3
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Urad Dal – 2 tsp
• Channa dal – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Red Chillies – 6
• Tamarind – Small, Lemon size
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry capsicum and garlic until soft and keep it aside.
  2. Fry urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, red chillies, and cumin until golden brown and keep aside.
  3. Fry tamarind for 1 minute.
  4. Grind all the items together with some salt until it becomes a paste. Serve.
