Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 3
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Urad Dal – 2 tsp
• Channa dal – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Red Chillies – 6
• Tamarind – Small, Lemon size
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry capsicum and garlic until soft and keep it aside.
- Fry urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, red chillies, and cumin until golden brown and keep aside.
- Fry tamarind for 1 minute.
- Grind all the items together with some salt until it becomes a paste. Serve.
