Ingredients:

• 1 – Capsicum
• 8 – Garlic pods
• 1 cup – Tamarind thick juice
• 1 cup – water
• salt
• 2 spoon – sambar powder
• 1 tbsp – gingili oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Methi seed
• Curry leaves
• 2 – Red Chilli dry
• little – Hing powder

Method:

  1. Soak the tamarind and take thick pulp and add a cup of water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat a kadai and add gingili oil. Put all the garnishing things, add sliced capsicum and garlic and saute for 5 mins.
  3. Add tamarind water. Boil it for 15 mins.
  4. Add hing powder. Serve with rice and papad.
