Ingredients:

• 2 – green capsicums, medium
• 2 – onions, medium, cut into fine pieces
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 3/4 cup – Peanut
• 6 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the capsicum into medium sized pieces.
  2. Saute peanut, red chillies, half of the chopped onions and coriander seeds in a pan and then grind to a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the remaining chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Add capsicum and salt. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes
  5. Add peanut paste and cook it for 5 minutes
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti.
