
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Basmati Rice
• 3 – capsicum, medium sized, cut into small pieces
• 3 – onions, medium sized, cut into small pieces
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• A few – pudina leaves
• 2- green chilly
• 5 pieces – Garlic –
• Small piece – Ginger
• 2 tsp – Everest pulav masala
• 5 tsps – vegetable oil
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – Turmeric
Method:
- Wash the rice and keep it aside for 10 mins and then boil it separately and strain the water and keep it aside.
- Wash the coriander and pudina leaves and make a paste of coriander and pudina leaves, garlic, ginger and green chilly.
- In a kadai, take some oil, put the onions and fry them till they become pink.
- Then add the chopped capsicum pieces and fry till it gets soft.
- Add the paste of coriander leaves into the kadai and add the pulav powder, turmeric and salt.
- Let all these mix well and wait till oil oozes out.
- Add the pre-cooked rice and mix it well.
- Serve hot
