Ingredients:

• 5 – Carrots
• 5 g – broken cashews
• 2 – green Cardamoms
• 2 cups – Milk
• 3/4 cup – Sugar

Method:

  1. Slice the carrots
  2. Cook the carrots along with the cashews, cardamom and 1 cup of milk in a pressure cooker.
  3. Switch off after 3 whistles.
  4. Allow to cool down and then grind the mixture well in a mixie.
  5. Strain the mixture and to the liquid add the remaining milk and sugar.
  6. Mix well and serve chilled.
