
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Cashewnuts
• 500 gms – Sugar
• 5 gms – Saffron
• 1 packet – Silver ark
Method:
- Take a kadhai put powdered cashewnut and sugar together.
- Mix well till it’s not become thick and sticky.
- Switch off the flame and let it be cooled.
- After cooling divide the mixture into two portion, add saffron colour in one portion.
- Now make a layer of yellow mixture then put a layer of white mixture roll it and give triangular shape.
