
Ingredients:
• 250 gms- Cauliflower florets
• 15 tbsp- plain flour (maida)
• 15 tbsp- besan
• 1 tbsp- Garlic Ginger paste
• 2 pinches- china salt (Mono Sodium Glutamate / Ajinomoto)
• Salt as per taste
• Red Chilli powder as per taste
• A pinch of Saffron (or red-orange color)
Method:
- Soak the florets in hot water mixed with 1 tsp salt for 30 mins.
- Prepare batter by mixing all the ingredients(except florets) with sufficient quantity of water.
- Add the florets to this mixture.
- Deep fry the florets in oil.
- Serve as a side dish.
