Ingredients:

• 250 gms- Cauliflower florets
• 15 tbsp- plain flour (maida)
• 15 tbsp- besan
• 1 tbsp- Garlic Ginger paste
• 2 pinches- china salt (Mono Sodium Glutamate / Ajinomoto)
• Salt as per taste
• Red Chilli powder as per taste
• A pinch of Saffron (or red-orange color)

Method:

  1. Soak the florets in hot water mixed with 1 tsp salt for 30 mins.
  2. Prepare batter by mixing all the ingredients(except florets) with sufficient quantity of water.
  3. Add the florets to this mixture.
  4. Deep fry the florets in oil.
  5. Serve as a side dish.
