Famous Chinese delicacy made with cauliflower florets in spicy sauce

Ingredients:
For Manchurians
2 cups cauliflower florets
6 tablespoon maida (plain flour)
2 tablespoon cornflour
2 teaspoon soya sauce
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

For Gravy
1/2 cup cubed onion
1/2 cup cubed capsicum
2 spring onions, cut at an angle
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 chopped green chilies
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Pinch ajinomotto
3 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix maida, corn flour, soya sauce, salt and water to form a thick batter.
2. Now take cauliflower florets, dip them in the batter and coat all over evenly.
3. Heat oil in a kadhai or pan and deep fry until golden brown. Keep aside.
4. Heat oil in another pan, saute onion, garlic, green chilies and spring onions until transparent.
5. Then add ajinomotto, capsicum and fry until golden brown.
6. Add soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
7. Now add 2 cups water to the above mix and bring to boil.
8. Mix cornflour in little water to make a smooth paste. Add this cornflour paste to the gravy and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Add fried Cauliflower Manchurians into the gravy and boil for 2 minutes.
10. Serve hot.
