Ingredients:

• 1 Cauliflower cut into small pieces
• 1 onion, cut
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• 1 tsp Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Jeera
• 1 pinch Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil, splutter jeera.
  2. Add in onion and curry leaves and fry.
  3. When onions turn golden brown, add the cauliflower, turmeric powder, coriander, salt to taste. Add in sufficient water and cook till done.
  4. Goes well with chapatti / roti.
