Ingredients:
• 1 Cauliflower cut into small pieces
• 1 onion, cut
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• 1 tsp Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Jeera
• 1 pinch Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil
Method:
- Heat oil, splutter jeera.
- Add in onion and curry leaves and fry.
- When onions turn golden brown, add the cauliflower, turmeric powder, coriander, salt to taste. Add in sufficient water and cook till done.
- Goes well with chapatti / roti.
