Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – low fat Yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp – finely chopped Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – minced Garlic
• 1/4 tsp – powdered kasoori Methi (fenugreek)
• 2 pinches – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – freshly ground pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 pinches – Garam Masala
• 2 pinches – tandoori masala
• 1 – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets. Mix well.
  3. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
  4. Barbeque or grill.
  5. Serve with mint yoghurt raita
