Ingredients:
• 1 cup – celery, chopped
• 2 – medium-sized potatoes, cut into small pieces
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp – cooking oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, green chillies and cumin seeds.
- When the seeds begin to splutter, add the chopped potatoes and celery. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the potatoes are slightly brown.
- Add a cup of water and salt and cook on low heat until the potatoes are well cooked.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve as a side dish with rice, chapathi or roti.
