Ingredients:

• 4 – potatoes, peeled
• 3 stalks – celery, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – ground pepper
• 1/2 cup – milk, slightly heated
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes and celery until soft.
  2. Drain and mash well using a potato masher or fork until the potatoes are smooth.
  3. Add butter, milk, cheese, pepper and salt and mix well.
  4. Serve as a side dish.
