Ingredients:

• Celery sticks – 2
• Onion – 1, small
• Green chilli – 2
• Yoghurt, beaten – 200 g
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• For seasoning – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Finely chop the celery sticks and onion. Cut the chillies into 2 halves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard and cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds start to splutter, add the celery, onion and green chillies.
  4. Fry for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
  5. Add to the yogurt with salt and mix well.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
