Ingredients:

• Idli batter – 4 cups
• Onion – 2
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Carrot – 2
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Oil for deep frying
• Salt to taste
• Sev for garnish

Method:

  1. Make mini idlis.
  2. Deep-fry till golden brown.
  3. Arrange few idlis on a plate. Sprinkle chopped onions and grated carrots.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of curd, pinch of chaat masala, chilli powder, pinch of salt and coriander leaves.
  5. Garnish with sev and serve hot.
