Ingredients:
• Nestle Milkmaid (Condensed Milk) – 400 ml
• Milk – 5 cups
• Carrots – 750 grams
• Sugar (to taste)
• Ghee(Clarified Butter) – 2 tsp
• Raisins – 25 grams
• Cashew nuts – 25 grams
Method:
- Grate carrots
- Chop nuts into small bits
- In a deep bottomed non-stick pan bring milk to boil
- Add grated carrots, reduce flame and stir occasionally till milk dries up
- Add condensed milk and sugar, and cook on low flame for another 15 – 20 minutes whilst stirring occasionally
- Add ghee and stir for another 5 minutes
- Serve hot or cold garnished with nuts and raisins.
