Ingredients:
• 3 cups of Rice flour
• 1 cup of besan
• 1/2 cup of melted Butter
• Green chillies – 5 (finely chopped)
• Coriander and Cumin seed powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Curd – 2 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Greased Chakli utensil
Method:
- Mix rice flour and besan with all ingredients.
- Add a little bit warm water and make a soft dough. (Dough should be softer than the chapatti dough.)
- Grease the chakali utensil and squeeze out chakali shapes.
- Deep fry in oil on a medium flame till golden brown in colour.
- Drain excess oil.
- Serve with curd or butter.
