Ingredients:
• chamba Rice powder – 1 cup
• Onion – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
• oil – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves few, chopped
• water – 2 cup
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick fry pan.
- Add mustard.
- When it splutters add curry leaves and onion.
- Fry till onion is light brown.
- Add water and salt.
- When the water begins to boil, lower the flame and tip all the rice flour in it.
- Cook stirring till the mixture forms a lump.
- Cool slightly and make roti as explained above.
