
Ingredients:
• chamba raw Rice flour – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 1 tsp, minced
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• grated Coconut – ½ cup
• oil to roast
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix rice with all the ingredients except the oil.
- Add enough water and prepare a soft dough.
- (It should be softer than chapati dough and slightly sticky).
- Divide the dough into 6 portions.
- Take a plastic sheet or banana leaf and keep a portion of dough on it.
- With moist fingers, press the dough into ¼ cm thick disc.
- Heat a griddle and transfer the disc on it.
- Roast using a little oil on both sides.
- Serve with chutney or curry.
