Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Potato
• 2 tbsps – Chilli powder
• Refined oil – As required
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsps – Channa dal

Method:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and keep aside.
  2. Take a shallow pan and pour some oil.
  3. Then add some mustard and channa dal. Fry till light brown then add the chilli powder .
  4. After that add the potatoes .
  5. When the potatoes are half-cooked, add salt and cook till the potato is crisp.
